Alongside McKinley’s students, parents and teachers, The Big SandBox partnered with 17 Temple University students for Wednesday’s Put the Beds to Bed event.
This impromptu community clean-up was the second of three events dedicated to restoring and preparing the colorful gardens along the peripheral of the school for the winter season. These events represent one collaborative effort to help the outdoor landscape of Mckinley match the brilliance of the students, teachers and community that surrounds it.
